Zo werden partnershipcontracten met bijhorende SLA’s gesloten, retournames van stock genegotieerd en het juiste evenwicht tussen stock en no-stock in het magazijn gerealiseerd. Dit resulteerde in een behoorlijke kostenreductie en verbetering van de logistieke werking.
